A: If the piece of music you are looking for is not currently listed, please contact us giving the name of the piece of music and the composer or artist. We will endeavour to locate and arrange the music for you if possible.
Q: I've ordered some music and received an email with some attachments. Is this my music? How do I read it?
A: Your music will be sent to you by email with PDF attachments. If you do not currently have Adobe Reader, you will need to download it here.
Adobe Reader is the global standard for viewing PDF files. It is the only PDF viewer that can open and interact with all PDF documents. It is free to download in order to view, search, and print PDF files.

Q: I'm printing my music, but text that appears on the screen is not printing properly on the page! What do I do?
A: Very occasionally Adobe Reader can be a little temperamental and not load the correct fonts when it first opens your file. Try closing the programme and starting again. If there is still a problem then let us know and we will send the file in an alternative format.
